The world is a huge battle arena!
Nowadays the public debate about the sentient machines is more heated than ever. Spreading out from the labs and from university classrooms; it has reached a vast number of common people which are interested to know if and how the human consciousness can be implemented in a computer.

Will they rebel against us like we’ve seen in Terminator series? Or they will be a useful help like S.A.I.N.T. #5 in Short Circuit? We’ll see…but for now this is only a sci-fi speculation. Indeed, despite the increases in memory, speed, and processing power, a “Strong A.I.” computer remain confined in the realm of fantasy.
Even the Japanese indie developer Studio Saizensen Co., Ltd. has explored this field of studies; the result is a very stylish fighting game: Blade Strangers for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4!

This manga-style 2D fighting game is set in the far future where an interdimensional network of sentient machines called Motes to keep in balance the worlds. One bad day a digital demon known as Lina started to infect all the Motes’ devices bringing chaos and desperation everywhere. To restore the previous order these machines asked for help gathering the mightiest heroes and heroines from many dimensions. To find the strongest warrior who’ll be the one that will face Lina; they must fight each other and the last standing hero will be infused with the ultimate powers of the Blade Stranger!
Including characters from Shovel Knight, Code of Princess, Umihara Kawase, and many other IPs from Studio Saizensen, Blade Strangers is the most exciting crossover fighting experience for Switch and PS4.

With a roster of 14 fighters, and an easy to learn command system; this hardcore ’90s-style game gives you the opportunity to perform powerful almost eternal combos, hyper-deadly special techniques, and awaken your true potential from the first play.
