Are you eager to have The Occupation? It looks like we have to get another bag of patience, folks. The Occupation was previously planned for release this October 9th. However, the game developer White Paper Games announced that the game was delayed to February 5, 2019 release window.

We’ve decided to make the extremely tough decision & move the release date of The Occupation to 5th Feb 2019.
We know that right now the game is so close to being complete and ready to play, but we also know that there are some tweaks and improvements that we need to make in order for it to be something that we’re proud to release and an experience that we’re happy to hand over to you all.
We’ve spent the past 4 years living in the world of The Occupation so we see the short delay as a small sacrifice to make sure we create something that values your time.

For the overview of the game, the game’s setting is on October 24th, 1987 in North West England. This is the time when 80s British pop, grand architecture, and political unrest emerge. A sudden explosion has triggered a controversial act which it threatens to erode civil liberties of the population in North West England. Your mission as a reporter is to invest and question the people around you based on their actions from a violent night which results in the loss of numerous lives.
