We’re just a few days away from the release of the Hitman 2 for the PS4 and Xbox One. And recently, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive and developer IO Interactive released a new bombastic gameplay launch trailer for the game.
The new trailer shows off Agent 47 in what he does best such as tearing folk out and casually walking away as nothing happened. The video shows limitless possibilities for Agent 47 as he uses the world as his weapon. In Hitman 2, Agent 47 is a very powerful assassin. He has a new playground with six locations, multiplayer modes in Sniper and Ghost Mode, and a whole lot of upgrades including huge improvements, gearing up to be the most ambitious installment in the franchise has ever been.
In Sniper Mode, players will join forces online to defeat their target. Those who feel their marksmanship is the best can have the opportunity to join the Sniper Assassin Competition and can have a chance to win a grand prize of getting their name and likeness placed in the Hitman 2 content.
Meanwhile, in Ghost Mode, players will have to fight against each other to witness who is the most skilled assassin to wipe out targets the cleanest and the quickest way possible.
Also, the Elusive Target mission will go live on November 20 and will run for 14 days. Players were given the chance to vote on a unique object to be unlocked in the first Elusive Target mission. Players will have the option of getting a Flash Grenade Robot, Earphones Garotte or Explosive Pen, with the Explosive Pen gaining the top spot. So, when players get into the mission Elusive Target No. 1 and finish the challenge, they can add the Explosive Pen to their Inventory.
