Bandai Namco has released three new trailers of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker. In these trailers, it introduces the three Hokages of Konoha: Minato Namikaze, Tobirama Senju and Hashirama Senju as a downloadable content character. The first Hokage to release this November 16th is Minato Namikaze. If you purchase each character’s DLC set for $3.99, you will unlock the characters as a Master Character. With this, you can now gain access to their move set, costumes, and weapons.

For a brief background for each Hokage (Thanks, Narutopedia!), Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure (四代目火影). He dies during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox’s attack as he sacrificed his life to seal a part of the Nine-Tails into his son, Naruto Uzumaki. He’s the moniker of Konoha’s Yellow Flash (木ノ葉の黄色い閃光) which he was famous for his absolute speed.
Tobirama Senju is the Second Hokage of Konohagakure (二代目火影). He was a member of the Senju clan, who founded the first shinobi village which is Konohagakure. When he was still alive, he worked to achieve the political stability and implement the institutions for Konoha’s prosperity. He was renowned as one of the most powerful shinobi in history.
Lastly, Hasimrama Senju was the First Hokage of Konohagakure (初代火影). He calls himself as the God of Shinobi for his ninja prowess. He was a member of Senju clan that founded Konoha. Even his life is not that peaceful, his visions shaped Konoha and the entire shinobi world even after his death.
