Last week, we’ve learned that Bandai Namco will release a set of free updates for One Piece: World Seeker and one of those is the Photo Mode. Finally, the company revealed on Twitter a 32-second teaser trailer for the upcoming Photo Mode feature revealing some of the settings that can be used to tweak your One Piece: World Seeker capture moments.

The Photo Mode feature will be released next month via a free update. You can check out the photo mode teaser below.

Game Overview

Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates are set for a journey on Jewel Island. Jewel Island was devastated by war several years ago. The Navy took its part to rebuild the island. However, some of the inhabitants of the island have disagreed and some did otherwise. So, the residents of the island split into two groups: The Pro Navy group that welcomes the modernization for the rehabilitation of the island and the Anti-Navy group that values the culture and the traditions of the island. Now Luffy on the mission as he battles and explores the island to experience his Gum Gum abilities.

Release Date

Originally, One Piece: World Seeker was originally planned for a 2018 release. However, in September, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe has announced that they have to push back the release date of the game to 2019, “to further polish the game ahead of launch.”

“ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER is the most ambitious ONE PIECE game ever. We’re aware of the huge potential for the game and wanted to ensure we matched fans’ expectations. As such, we took the difficult decision to move the release date and use additional development time to create the best game possible.” – Koji Nakajima, Chief Producer at Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc

After two months, Bandai Namco finally revealed the official release window for the game, and it is on the 15th of March 2019.
