Now let’s get to know more about the doe-eyed Kotori Itsuka.

Also known as Efreet. Shido is her adopted brother, and she became a Spirit by someone else’s hand. While wearing her trademark white ribbons, she plays the role of a doe-eyed and adorable younger sister. However, when wearing her black ribbons, she becomes the commander of the secret organization Ratatoskr, which aims to stop the spacequakes by interacting with the Spirits. She loves lollipops so much that she carries a specialized case to bring them wherever she goes. The angel she manifests is Camael.

Game Overview

Date A Live: Rio Reincarnation is a collection of the series’ three visual novels including Date A Live: Rinne Utopia, Date A Live: Arusu Install, and Date A Live Twin Edition: Rio Reincarnation, which means there are 11 characters to date and over 150 dating events. Also, it is worth noting that it will still have the same gameplay from the original Japanese version.

More so, this upcoming collection will feature Japanese voice-overs and English subtitles for the PS4 version. While the PC version will get the same language features, it will receive an additional Traditional Chinese for the subtitle.

But that’s not all. The visual novel collection will also include in-game bonus extras such as drama CDs and special books (with thumbnail mode page skip and zoom features).

Furthermore, due to the recent changes in Sony’s policy, the sexual content of the PlayStation 4 version is confirmed to be modified, or in its generic term in this case, “censored.” On the other hand, the PC version will be completely uncensored.

Story

The story of DATE A LIVE begins thirty years after a series of large disasters, known as Spacequakes, that were caused by the appearance of mysterious entities known as Spirits. Shido Itsuka, an average high school student, finds a Spirit who despairs of humanity.

Shido is later told by his younger sister, Kotori, that he alone owns the gift to seal the power of a Spirit. In order to defend the earth, and to save the Spirits, Shido is determined to do whatever he can at all cost. No matter what obstacle he may encounter, he is ready to face the Spirits head-on!
