Rockstar is pleased to announce that The Music Of Red Dead Redemption II: Original Soundtrack is now available for pre-order via iTunes. It’s coming this July 12 in collaboration with the famous record label, Lakeshore Records.
This soundtrack is produced by 11-time Grammy Award winner, Daniel Lanois, which he produced this music exclusively for the American Wild West action-adventure game. It features some of the award-winning artists such as D’Angelo, Willie Nelson, Rhiannon Giddens, Josh Homme, and a song written by David Ferguson.
According to Lanois via Rockstar Games website, “Red Dead Redemption 2 provided a terrific compositional space, vast and covering a range of emotional textures – a real place for my imagination to run wild. From recording with Rhiannon Giddens in Nashville, to New Orleans with my friend Cyril Neville, to New York City with D’Angelo, to Willie Nelson and Josh Homme, the inspiration never quit!”
For the overview of the game, after a robbery goes seriously wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan with the Van der Linde gang were forced to flee the town. The federation agents and best bounty hunters in America followed their footsteps to capture them. The Van der Linde gang must rob, steal, and fight across the mountainous heartland of America in order to survive. However, there are instances where the gang is falling apart. Arthur must have a choice between his own paradigm or the loyalty to his gang which cherished and raised him.
After several years, Red Dead Redemption II is finally here along with the online mode, Red Dead Online. It’s now available on our website for both PS4 and XONE. Click the button below to pre-order yours now!
