BadLand Games will bring the action RPG rogue-lite game which is inspired to the works of the popular author, H.P Lovecraft, entitled Lovecraft’s Untold Stories. The digital release for Switch via the Nintendo eShop was released on May 10th. Now, thanks to BadLand Games, the physical release is coming this October for Nintendo Switch.

Plus, it’s a Collector’s Edition will be available for the physical release. The inclusions of this edition are the base game, a badge, an artbook, a soundtrack, and five lithographs. Check out the inclusion of this Collector’s Edition below.

For a brief overview, H.P Lovecraft (or Howard Phillips Lovecraft) was an American writer. He was proficient in weird fiction and horror fiction. After died in poverty, Lovecraft is now regarded as one of the most significant authors of the 20th-century for weird and horror fiction. His famous works are The Rats in the Walls, The Call of Cthulhu, At the Mountains of Madness, The Shadow over Innsmouth, and The Shadow Out of Time. With this influence in the horror literature, a subgenre in horror fiction was named after him which is the Lovecraftian horror.

Take your adventure through the stories of H.P Lovecraft as you are fighting against cultists and various kinds of monsters from the Mythos. In this journey, the madness awaits or else sanity will be taken. Look for clues, skills, and weapons to fight and find the information about the Old Ones and the Outer Gods. You can choose from five different characters: detective, thief, professor, witch, and ghoul. These characters have different skills and talents, so choose wisely. Remember, Cthulhu, Nyarlathotep, Dagon, Shub-Niggurath, and Azathoth anticipate you in this journey as you battle for sanity.
