Since the dawn of civilization, wars have been fought in two ways; with the muscles and with the mind.
In his hugely influential military art treatise The Art of War (孫子兵法) written during the 5th century BC; the Chinese philosopher Sun Tzu said that “The art of war is of vital importance to the State. It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin.” Divided into 13 chapters who eviscerate every aspect of military strategy; this manual includes a big number of precious information about how to be victorious in a dispute.
Since its original publication, many personalities have treasured all the Sun Tzu’s teachings, applying them on the battlefields. Even in-game industry, the Sun Tzu’s cultural heritage is present in several titles, but one of the most prominent series is undoubtedly Call of Duty!
