2019 is almost over and 2020 is nearly upon us. And one of the most awaited games of 2020 is Bandai Namco‘s Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. If you’re one of the Dragon Ball Z fans since day one, Bandai Namco’s new promotional video for the game will hit you hard with nostalgia.
We all know that you will be very happy (even us) to see Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s opening movie set to the original Japanese theme song of the series, Cha-La Head Cha-La by Hironobu Kageyama.
It is pretty much a moving nostalgic tribute to the Dragon Ball Z anime, mixing in remarkable scenes from the late 80s and into the 90s.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is based on one of the best selling Japanese media franchises, Dragon Ball, which was released in 1984 in manga and later adapted into animated series in 1986. Dragon Ball gained international popularity through various anime adaptations and video games. Its main protagonist, Goku, became one of the most iconic and recognizable characters in the world until today.
