Digimon Survive New Screenshots Feature Saki Kimijima & Digimon Floramon

Bandai Namco‘s survival-tactical RPG, Digimon Survive, has received a new set of screenshots revealing new characters and Digimon. Last December 24th, Bandai Namco took on its official Weibo account to share a series of the game’s new screenshots featuring a new character named Saki Kimijima along with her Digimon companion, Floramon. Another screenshot was also seen on @Digimon_Game Twitter last December 21st.
Based on Gematsu‘s translation, the new character, Saki Kimijima is a girl who is in her first-year of mid-school. She is an honest individual and has the personality that just goes with the flow. Saki is partnered with a rookie stage plant-like Digimon named, Floramon. If you’re a fan of the Digimon anime as well, you might recognize Floramon as this plant-like Digimon first appeared on television in1999 in the Digimon anime’s first season.
The new set of screenshots also showed other Digimon such as Betamon, Labramon, Flacomon and, Agumon. Plus, a sneak peek of the game’s battle system also appeared in some of the screenshots including the “free movement” system. Players can decide where to go on the map and who to speak to and bond with Saki and other human characters in the game through the free movement system. It is also worth noting that you can form and deepen bonds with others through conversation.

Your favorite monsters in the digital world are back at Digimon Survive. It is an upcoming survival-tactical RPG with a few elements of a visual novel developed by Witchcraft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.
The game was first announced in 2018 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch on a Japanese Magazine Jump V. Later on, it was followed by Bandai Namco Entertainment‘s announcement for its western versions as well as adding Xbox One and PC platforms. However, this year, it was revealed that the game is delayed to 2020.
