PS4 users, it’s time to celebrate as Doraemon Story of Seasons is coming to the PlayStation 4 in Japan on July 30. So, you better mark your calendars especially if you are a huge fan of the Doraemon manga/anime series. The game is revealed in the latest Weekly Famitsu issue.

According to Gematsu, in the interview of Bandai Namco’s Kenji Nakajima in Weekly Famitsu, many players want this game to be ported on the PS4. With this, they started the development after the release for the Nintendo Switch and PC. He also states that Bandai Namco considers a free update to all platforms. Plus, Marvelous director Hikaru Nakano states the company is currently preparing for a new development after Story of Seasons: Friends in Mineral Town.

Game Overview

Doraemon Story of Seasons is a collaboration between Bandai Namco and Marvelous to introduce Doraemon and Nobita in farming life. It was first released for the Nintendo Switch in Japan in June 2019 then followed by the worldwide release in October 2019. After consideration by the developer, it’s time to experience the farming life with Doraemon and friends.

Japan’s adored Doraemon franchise comes to Steam in Story of Seasons, a beloved farming simulation series lasting over 20 years.
The setting is Natura, and at the center of this land is the mystical Big Tree. Doraemon and friends will each take on a role to help out around town!
The theme of this experience is creating bonds with the town residents, and while doing so, enjoying the heart-warming interactions through each character and the part they play in the story.
But building a farm and raising horses and cattle like in other Story of Seasons games isn’t the only thing to do. Explore the town of Natura, go on adventures, catch bugs and much much more! Fans of the Doraemon series will also be happy to know that Doraemon’s gadgets can be used to assist you in your new, everyday life!
Enjoy the nostalgia of Doraemon and Story of Seasons while helping Noby live his farm life in this unique, lovable land!
