Happinet’s upcoming JRPG, Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia has been announced to receive a demo for the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop on April 30 — that’s today!
According to the report, players can engage in the demo’s Training Mode and Trial Mode. So, if you’re new or not used to this game genre, training mode will serve as your guide as it offers a tutorial to the game’s combat and structure.
Meanwhile, if you are familiar with this type of game, you can jump into the Trial Mode, however, it will just provide the easy mode for the demo. But at least, we can get to see how its gameplay will play like and feels like before jumping into the full game. Moreover, the trial mode will let you play one of the six playable nations and be the ruler of that continent which is the Norzaleo Kingdom.
Note: The save data from the demo cannot be carried over to the full version of the game.

Game Overview
The game brings you to a continent of six rival factions. Players can choose one faction and conquer the entire continent. Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia features 100 unique characters as knights that can be part of your faction or your foes too. Knights can recruit different monsters that vary in characteristics or strategies to adopt. Also, the game is divided between map phases where you can plan your moves for the next turn and battle phases.
