And as its full release comes near, Monolith Soft & Nintendo makes sure that the hype for this game is still on fire. This upcoming Definitive Edition will surely give both old fans of the series and newcomers alike a fresh new journey in this already-epic adventure that the Xenoblade Chronicles series is known for.
And if you’re a newcomer to the series, there’s no need for you to feel that “need to catch-up” feeling because Monolith Soft got your back. Last night, a Casual Mode for beginners feature has been revealed via Xenoblade Chronicles’ official Japanese Twitter account. Yes, you read that right.

The Casual Mode feature will help newcomers to the series to get through battles with ease. According to the report, this is a completely optional feature that reduces the game’s difficulty when turned on. So, what do you think about this more-friendly beginner experience?
