Excelete novela visual
Es una excelente novela visual. Si no jugaste la versión que salió en PS2 o PSP, esta es una muy buena opción. Sin embargo, si recomendaría saber por lo menos un mínimo de japonés para poder disfrutarlo.

Amagami is great for starter of the dating sim genre and even for foreigners with basic Japanese knowledge
In Amagami, the dialogue are somewhat simple and easy to understand. If there should be a moment where your decision matters, you can access the Load function at any moment in the game. Most of the dialogue are voiced save for the protagonist, so you can learn the Kanji that you don't know and look it up through some dictionary later. However, that is not the main point of the game.

The game system is divided into days for you to progress. Each day will have 4 break sessions for you to interact with the characters in the game however you like. Some events can only be accessed on certain time and date so they will not be accessible again if you haven't done them. Any viewed event can be accessed through the game system on the main menu, so you can always view your favorite interaction scene with your favorite character anytime.

The artwork is also superb. The character designs are within the real life settings with realistic hairstyle, and they managed make them appeal to the eyes. The characters are particularly interesting to interact with. The conversation system where you can talk to one of the girls during the day is also very refreshing and fun to read to get to know your favorite character more. If the girl's affection is high enough at the end of the conversation, you can choose the option to flirt with the girl and usually the game rewards you a special event.

The music is very good in my opinion, including the classic chiptune option if you prefer that version over the original. The game also has the classic beep beep option to replace the voice if you ever find a voice of a character too annoying (which doesn't usually happen save for one character, though I liked her voice as well.) You also get a backlog and you can replay the voiced dialogue anytime in case you missed the first time. Even so, the cast is colorful and great, save for one of the side girls' and one of the main girls' voice being too quiet.

Overall, it's a really good game for you to pass the time and relax. It has a lot of stuff to do and see all the events of the game. I think I have put more than 50+ hours into the game and I only finished 2 characters best ending so far. I have been playing it a lot during my lunch break and before I sleep. The execution of the game and the atmosphere make you feel at ease and help you get by the day with a smiley face. If you are looking for a Visual novel game to start , this is the place to start.
