In the year 102013, Earth's surface is a mire of death and ruin with no means to support life. Humanity has retreated to underground cities called "Panopticons" and struggle with the balance of thriving as a species under oppressive overpopulation.
As such, draconian laws have been implemented to avert anachy; all crimes commited, whether proven guilty or not, will see criminals given a sentence of 1,000,000 years of forced servitude.
Your punishment, as one of the unfortunate criminals, is to work off your sentence by defeating dangerous beings called "Abductors" - giant monsters who are kidnapping humans from the Panopticons for mysterious reasons. By battling Abductors and saving citizens, only then will your sentence slowly decrease.
Freedom Wars is a gorgeous battle action game that features online and offline multiplayer - co-op and competitive for up to 8 players. When fighting the Abductors, players will be equiped with "thorn," a unique whip weapon that acts as both zipline and a means to pull giant enemies to the ground; players can, in co-op, combine their thorns for more power.
There is also a mode called City-State War Mode where players represent 1 of 47 Panopticons in a fight for control and natural resources; it is a frantic mode of criminal vs criminal where the goal is to collect parts; in return accesories for customization are rewarded. There will also be a text-to-speech function for online communication.
With a release date of June 26th, this Sony Japan Studio exclusive is definitely a title to look out for!

Sci Fi & Apocalyptic version of monster hunter, but better than monster hunter as you only need several hours to get used of gameplay then the fun just rocket sky high(PS:I give up monster hunter 4 after 10+ hours of demo quest, for god love i just want to whack gigantic monster). The only downfall is the camera control is bad, tedious to auto lock on opponent.
play offline or online, you can have fun endlessly.. cheap price with seal
i bought it 2nd times cos i want to give as a gift to my frds.. so we can play together online
it"s good game.
Hard game to take in hand, no basic jump but you get use to it quickly.
Quite interesting in some parts but not all.. It can be better...
