Storyline:
An island covered in flames and snow, a dangerous zone, Punk Hazard!! The Straw Hat Pirates depart from Fishman Island and finally reach the "New World". The first place we headed to was Punk Hazard, a strange island where scorching land and snowy fields coexist. It was once the site of a world government research laboratory and is now controlled by Caesar Clown, a mad scientist who has become a bounty.
When Luffy and his friends land on the island, they encounter a mysterious samurai who speaks in dismembered bodies. Meanwhile, Nami and her friends, who were kidnapped by Caesar's men while remaining on the ship,
meet children who were being used as experiment subjects in a research institute and are asked for help.
