Excellent adapter
It is perfect for reusing a GameCube-like controller for Wii/Wii U in Nintendo Switch. Uses AA batteries but lasts 20+ hours.

great adapter, great deal
if you want to have your controller wireless this is a great option. Once you update the firmware it has no input lag. Plus it works with either GameCube or Wii pro controllers also with nes and snes classic controllers. (only one at a time tough)
Plus the adapter has capture and home buttons if your controller doesn't have them. Also works on pc as a 360 controller and yes the home button works as xbox guide button.
