Item Description

This book is a collection of setting materials for the OVA "Sentou Yosei Yukikaze" released in 2002. "Sentou Yosei Yukikaze" is an anime adaptation of Chohei Kanbayashi's sci-fi novel "Sentou Yosei Yukikaze." The work depicts the exploits of "Yukikaze," one of the Boomerang Corps, who carries out the ruthless mission of "recording information and returning to base even if all allies are wiped out" in the battle between humanity and the mysterious alien Jam.
In the OVA, the aircraft that appear in the work were designed by creators with a "futuristic" design line, such as Ikuto Yamashita and Seiji Kio, and they succeeded in creating a worldview that is different from the original novel. This time, the people involved provided data in the best possible condition, and they managed to make it into a book.
The famous machines such as Super Sylph and Maeve, which are depicted in CG in the film, were created by human designers. The greatest appeal of this film is being able to experience the beauty of these organic "lines."
