Storyline:
Saeba is a "City Hunter" who is the number one sweeper in the underworld. The new request is to find a cat! Meanwhile, Saeko Nogami of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department investigates an invention by Zoltic. It is a dark technology that turns soldiers into superhumans and is the latest version of the "Angel Dust" that once undermined Saeba and caused the death of her partner Hideyuki Makimura. As she scrambles to find her cat, her client Angie's life is targeted. Watching Saeba and the others get caught up in a fierce battle is her foster parent, Kaibara.
