Study group
In this game, there is the study group part in which you answer questions by choosing hiragana one by one or you uses the rabbit's help. This makes a huge difference in getting to the future or not. It really annoys me that I have to type in hiragana as I have to attempt this game 4 times before I figure out what to do.
On top of it, they make you choose topics to talk on the way home and choose where to go in your dreams. It became repetitive. They can do better than this.
This game has very interesting characters and a good voice actors cast. The cg scenes are beautiful. This is the saving grace for me for this game. If not, this game is probably out of the window.
Overall, I prefer visual novels that only ask you to choose options on where to go and what to do, no mini games or open ended questions. This one is rather low on the list.

Not for everyone
I definitely enjoyed this game but it's not for everyone. It's got a dark side to it and there are some bloody scenes with some twisted logic so it's probably best to keep this with a more mature crowd.
The voice acting was stellar - and I do mean stellar. You can't do better than that. Character development was carefully done and you really get a full view of the story.
If I have to complain about something, I'd say the study group (in the normal world) became somewhat tedious after the first few rounds but since you get to choose your partner each time, I really can't complain that much.
