The cards are great but the price is high
Only 3 cards per pack in the Japanese release. In the North American release you receive 6 cards (1 holographic, 5 regulars) for the same price.
Still, it is nice having Japanese cards and American cards together as they all work with Amiibo games.

Fun!
You never know what you'll get but that's the fun of opening booster packs! The cards are quite solid with colorful art, and work perfectly with western versions of the game.
