Great game
This is a very good Dragonball Z game. I love the huge roster of characters. It\'s fights are very much like the fights in the anime. The cell-shaded graphics are nice as well. I also like the unique skill system, in which you fuse certain items to make a character. It sounds confusing, but it is fun. There are a few drawbacks though. I dont like how instead of picking Goku and transforming, you have to pick SSJ Goku at the beggining (which they are fixing in the second one). The camera can get bad at times as well, and the voice overs arent top-notch. The controls are unique and take some getting used too, but I like them alot. The difficulty is just right. Online play would be nice, and I wish you could link your ps2\'s and get your own tv so it wont be splitscreen.

Overall-Great game, highly reccomended too DBZ fans.

Don\'t get me wrong it\'s an awesome game, only two things I wish it had..... a way to play two player with your own TV via LAN connection (Like XBOX) and online play. Other than that......the best game yet!

DBZ at its core!
I always played the other DBZ games at a friends house, watched the cool supers, and that was about it. I now own a PS2 due to this game. Let me explain why.

I bought a PS1 for DBZ:Legends back in the day. I was addicted to that game because it was so fast paced and simple fun. This new DBZ game ranks right up there with Legends on capturing the essence of DBZ. The controls are new and can be overwhelming. When I was introduced to the game my friend said \"Just watch me play a round and see how fast paced it is.\". I was instantly amazed. HOURS later I was hooked. The controls were different, but I found myself getting used to flying around and attacking.

If you are a DBZ fan, this game is a must buy. It is fun to watch, but more fun to master and play!

The characters says it all. Including alot of characters and flight mode, this game is a must buy for DBZ fans.
