Firm Squish!
Great streel ball; it's a lot more firm that I was expecting. Stands upright on it's own. As an aside, pay attention to the pictures! Towards the edges it loses some of it's solid color so not the best choice if you want something truly "metal" slime but a great desk toy regardless!

Great for grip practice.
Great toy for squeezing and releasing stress; depending on your hand size it may feel a bit small. My only complain would be the paint job on the eyes is a bit sloppy.

Not hard as metal, but can been effective for grip strength
This little slime is an effective way to improve your grip or be used as a fidget toy. It's fairly small though, so it may not be as effective for larger hands as a different exercise grip item might be. The metal colour slime doesn't seem to be any different than the other slime's other than the colour aesthetic.
