It's not bad but if you're not a fan, don't bother...
I've loved Koei's Warriors series and it's no surprise that i would recommend this for anyone who has a PS2, no PSP or PS3. (PSP has the same game with a new addition of Meng Huo's story, while the PS3 has the original game, empires and strikeforce special)

Frankly, i bought it because i wanted to play the additional musou modes - the ones add-on from the original game and so far, it's been pretty okay. You may have to bear with PS2's limitations but overall, if anyone can take playing Orochi Musou on PSP, playing it on PS2 is actually quite the luxury!

The english voice-overs are nothing to write home to, but it will suffice. As long as i am having fun, i'm not really bothered by it! :)

I would recommend this for fans who don't mind adding this title (or the PSP version) to their collection, if not, don't bother. Fans won't blame you if you don't try, just don't flame it in the wrong way!

Hmm.... The game is..... so, so....
This game is like incomplete work being release.

Like the graphics for example. Lacks life in character expressions during battle (e.g. character\'s face & lips are not moving while shouting, smiling etc). But graphics in the game\'s battlefield/environment is magnificent.

With the gameplay, speeds can be optimal but slows down once it gets really crowded by armies from both sides. If we can download patches to fix these problems, then it\'ll be just great. As for your selected characters, their attacks are unlimited but it gets kind of repetitive when you don\'t have the 2 attack buttons in combinations like in the previous SSM series.

Overall, the game is okay. But it will show that KOEI developers of the SSM series still don\'t have the grasp of the PS3 full potential.
