The product is amazing, the delivery was not.
I want to start off saying that the books are amazing. 0 complaints, 10/10 would recommend. However, when I bought them the ONLY option for delivery was express which cost a further $80 which is already pretty ridiculous. However on top of that, the books did not deliver within the express timeframe. I understand that it was aroudn Christmas time and people get busy and meeting deadlines can be difficult. However if I am forced to pay the price of the book again in delivery fees then I expect the delivery to be express. I would have been more than happy to select a lower shipping cost and period, however I wasn't given that option and then it was not delivered express.
