Handheld MMO-esque goodness
With an upcoming level cap rise and internet play support, this got even closer giving handheld fans their MMO fix.
Light on the kanji, plus furigana in most dialogue, so easy on beginners to the language, as well.
descriptionIn the world of Fantaseal, everyone can live the life they dream of. Create your avatar and bring him or her to the citadel Kuruburgh to start your life. Choose to become a magician, a knight, a lumberer or a cook. There is a vast array of job classes to choose from. Take up quests to level up to learn vital skills. These skills are going to stay with you even after you decide to change jobs. This system becomes exceptionally helpful when you set off to investigate the comets. One of them crashes right down your roof and another crashes into the plains where the monsters live. Your mission will bring you to the snow capped mountains and to the treacherous terrains, and you need every skill up your sleeve to survive.

There are a lot of things to do. Can't stop playing.
This is a great RPG for the Nintendo 3DS owners, totally worth it the money.
The characters are adorable! It's such a cute and fun game! The fighting sequence also excellent. I would totally recommend this game especially for RPG lovers!
An RPG mixed with adventure and production with tons of items to make and collect in a world replete of cheerful characters and dialogues with a great sense of humor. Probably the best 2014 game on 3DS.
I went into Fantasy Life with extremely high expectations, having been excited for it since its announcement and amazingly it managed to exceed them in every way. The life system is unique and clever, allowing for so much content. Hundreds of hours can be easily spent on just a handful of lives without even finishing the main story - which is engaging, full of witty and memorable characters and spans about 20 hours of gameplay. But the story is not where Fantasy Life stands out. Instead it in how fun it is to roam the world of Reveria, completing quests and leveling up our character. And with friends - locally and online - you can host a party of 3 players including yourself (which is slightly annoying considering the usual for 4 player capabilities of most games) which is fun and great for ganging up on the biggest and scariest monsters.
Fantasy Life is most definitely worth your time as it not only a fantastically unique game, but an amazing, unforgettable experience, the best on 3DS, topping previous triumphs such as Animal Crossing: New Leaf, A Link Between Worlds and Pokemon.
