Norman is finding that no matter how hard he tries, James and Sarah are always ahead of him? then suddenly he spots a horse! An astonished James and Sarah watch in horror as the horse flies past them with the wailing Norman on board. It then leaps over a fence into a muddy ditch where it gets stuck! Sam and the team are called and have soon changed into their animal rescue uniforms. Sam chooses to calm the horse down and get it into the harness to be lifted free by Phoenix, the animal rescue vehicle. The horse and Norman are soon lifted to safety.
