The stars of Grim Guardians are the long-distance focused “Shinobu Kamizono” and the close-range brawler “Maya Kamizono.” Players will need to consider the situation when choosing which sister to control as they make their way through the castle, investigating the mystery of what happened to their school and its students.

Great game
This game just came out of left field and took me by surprise and I love it lol especially the 2 character mechanic it has that's new and it works for the better one has long range attacks and the other has close ranged attacks and the power ups you get from bosses just makes it better as you go I highly recommend getting this game you won't regret it.

A top game!
I loved the two 8-bit Bloodstained games and was really surprised that this game is like these two games. I love this game too. If you liked the two Bloodstained (8-bit) games, try this game, you will not disappointed.
This one is a spin-off form the series Gal-Gun, being a platform game that reminds the exploration from both "Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon" (the 8bit game), with a lot of backtracking to use the new sub-weapons and a fun story telling.

The Gal Gun spin-off you never knew you needed.
If you were unaware, this is related to the Gal*Gun games, but is interestingly enough engaging without knowing where it came from. You get two protagonists from the game in a dark and eerie world. Yes, Castlevania with Metroid like options are present, but this game is quite fun. If you want to keep the original name of the game that was changed, you can skip the update that occurs when you first play the game, but it's not a big change and the game is quite fun.
