| Shipping Options and Delivery Times Playasia.com offers different shipping options to provide convenience and choice for our customers. During checkout, a list of all available shipping services will be listed including detailed information about the service and shipping lead time. While we may update our shipping providers from time to time, we basically offer the following shipping types to our customers:
Economy: This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight below 2kg and orders that are less than $400 for the product cost. Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post office. Though we ship out all Economy parcels insured and registered, tracking facility is available for this service. It usually takes around 14 to 21 business days for Economy shipments to arrive at your destination. However, under certain circumstances, it may take up to 30 business days.
EMS Speedpost: EMS Speedpost is the local courier shipment solution from Hong Kong post. The delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS Speedpost shipments are very safe and usually take only around 3 to 5 business days to reach your destination. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.hk as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached.
