description
Beggar So (Stephen Chow) was born a Manchu nobleman. He was caught cheating at the martial arts competition and was stripped of his title and wealth and became a beggar. He saved the life of a senior member of the Beggar's Gang and became their Leader. Later he foiled an assassination attempt on the Emperor by defeating the leader of the Tian Li Cult (Tsui Siu Keung). The Emperor wanted to reinstate So's former title but he declined. Instead, he was awarded a golden bowl with the inscription, "Alms-begging on the Emperor's order".

For collection
As a fan of Stephen Chow this is a must have classic. The conversion to BD is decent enough to make the money worth. Not too happy with the audio options though as they are very limited.

another worst bluray ever~!!!
How could they call this bluray. This is just dvd. I mea, Every bluray is not good. but at least some dvd has better quallity than this bluray.
Movie is good. But why is have to be a bluray. quality is just same as dvd. Only price is more expensive.
Anyway special feature. 1.trailer. 2. Gordon Chan Interview.
