  • BE AS BAD OR AS GOOD AS YOU WANT TO BE! Saving the world doesn’t have to be the world of a saint! Players can choose whether they want to save the innocent or take part in looting and pillaging. On the quest to defeat the Forest Witch and restore peace and stability, be as good and virtuous or brutal and evil as you wish!
  • ACTION ROLEPLAYING WHERE THE ACTIONS MATTER! As players progress through this colorful, accessible isometric action RPG, they’ll come across an assortment of NPCs that can, using sophisticated AI, react differently to the player based on the decisions and actions taken. Being good or bad has real consequences!
  • DARK HUMOR AND ADVENTURE FROM THE MAKERS OF DISGAEA From the team responsible for one of the most popular Japanese roleplaying game series of all time (including lead designer Takehito Harada), The Witch and the Hundred Knights is a laugh‐out‐loud fantasy adventure full of mischievous characters and exciting environments

A Potion for One of a Kind Gaming Experience:
Join the spell binding adventure in The Witch and the Hundred Knights, and determine who triumphs in the century old battle of the witches. The Witch and the Hundred Knights is a dark fantasy RPG game developed by Nippon Ichi Software and is available exclusively for the PS3. Unleash your dark side and let the end justify the means in the magical world of Majo to Hyakkihei!

Bewitching Gameplay:
Play as one of The Hundreds Knight, (a summoned legend that lost most of its ability to cast magic, and its notion of morality) and help the beautiful marsh witch Metallica as she fights to gain supremacy over the wickedly ugly forest witch. Advance in the game’s stage-based system and accomplish side quests. Determine whether in game-characters will be an ally or a foe by the responses given to them. Win bloody hack-and-slash style of combat in the top-down perspective of the game. Expand playable territories by clearing the darkness that engulfed the area and change the tides to give Metallica the advantage she needs.

A nice, simple RPG
I think the game is simple but enjoyable!
Nice dark storyline!
If there were more characters to choose from to play as, the game would have more variation and be even better!
I am looking forward to the PS4 remake of the game

Classic NIS game
For those who had played any NIS game, know what it means, heavy anime influence with a lot of dark humor :D
The game play is relative easy, so it's enjoyable for new players

Fear Metallica, the almighty swamp witch!
I'm genuinely troubled as to what I should say about this game. I enjoyed a great deal about it, but there are many things that may ruin it for you.

Ok let's see. It's gameplay is quite simple and not hard to learn, but it doesn't evolve much throughout the game. The music is superb, very atmospheric at certain stages and the voice acting is really good too (I chose the Japanese voices though). The graphics are legitimately bad, like, really bad, most of the time. The game is still very very beautiful, but you cannot look the other way when it comes to the quality of the graphics. What kept me going mostly, was the story. It has its peaks and valleys, but becomes interesting halfway through. That said, towards the end it can get really f*cked up, based on your choices. I advise you to go for the complete ending without a second thought.

So I think you should really learn about the game before you get it, and if you do, don't take it lightly.

Ehhh... Not the best out there.
It's a very mediocre RPG. Not good, but not bad either. The english dub is done surprisingly well, considering how it's infamous for being tacky and forced. The music is excellent. I'm glad the free CD came with most of my favourite tracks from the game. HOWEVER, this game is buggy and it will crash at random times. Seeing as it's NIS America that handled the localization, expect an update for that never.
