This is NBA 2K14 Super Fan Pack-Xbox (Xbox 360 game)
Picture shows the wrong game box (makes a big defference). It's the NBA 2K14 Super Fan Pack-Xbox (No Disc). It has to be activated on Xbox 360 and the Xbox One version is no longer redeemable. I though it was just the Xbox One version to make sure it'll work for Xbox One. Picture it misleading. The code did work, but only for Xbox 360 which I didn't need or want.
