well here's something you don't see everyday
This is NBA Live 10 the swan song for EA's flagship NBA franchise. What makes the EA Best Hits version here great is that they have replaced Marv Albert and Steve Kerr broadcasting team with people that actually know what they are talking about. The voice acting is compeltely done in Japanese language and there is much more emotion in their acting.
Now lets get to the graphics engine. Well let's just say EA delivers here. The graphics are smooth unlike the usual choppiness that EA has delivered in past games. EA signature choppiness has been around since the genesis days and if you ever played Bulls vs Lakers or Bulls vs Blazers you know those are the hallmark games for EA choppiness. When you talk EA chopiness, you must not also forget classic stinkers like NBA showdown 94, Triple Play Baseball 2002 and the Madden games in the 32 bit PSone era. EA choppiness doesn't end with sports titles, lets not forget the Lord of the Rings games they delivered that had poor animation as well.
However, NBA Live 10 is much better than those games, EA finally got animation right with NBA Live 10, NBA Street 2, Fight Night 2, and Def Jam Vendetta 2 that was done by AKI. And lets not forget EA published Battle Garegga and Soukyugurentai on Saturn. NBA Live 10 game belongs in the category of well animated EA games.
Just a note to all gamers out there that NBA Elite will be delayed so this is the ultimate EA basketball game to pick up for now, it doesn't have bad announcers, and the gameplay is the best the Live series has ever displayed. With the dual shock in your hands, repeat after me.......SHOCKMASTER.
