Great Arrangements
While one of the weaker soundtracks, every piece is included, and most of the pieces borrowed from past games are included as well. Makes for a long book!

Entire Trilogy Soundtrack!
Excellent piano reductions of all the orchestrated versions. I wish they had included the small 2-3 measure transitions between tracks, but tiny nitpick. Binding is less than ideal, but the music is great.

Pretty good
The book is pretty good. My main grip with it is the binding, it does not easily stays open on the music stand, you have to sort of force it to be open until it gives. The transcriptions, as far as I can tell, are great. Print quality is good. There are some interesting commentary from the original performer, it is all in Japanese but I was able to read it with the help of my phone.

Odd format and fantastic source material
So: "Soaring" and "A Distant Promise" from Xenogears. The grading is three stars and two stars, respectively, out of five. You can't really go wrong there, but unless you're looking for only these specific songs I would recommend the bigger (and, subsequently, more expensive) "Original Soundtrack Sheet Music" instead. The difficulty of the arrangements/reductions seem to be about equal, but the two pieces are slightly different between the two books.
Determining which release is a more graceful translation to the piano is above my ability, but note that one consistent difference is that this particular booklet tends to have melodies one octave higher than the bigger compilation. My gut feeling suggests that Xenogears Piano Solo should sound more faithful to the original, but that could also be yesterday's dinner. I'm really not competent to judge just by playing the different arrangements. I won't recommend one over the other in terms of arrangement fidelity.
The format, though, is unusual to me - a little bigger than a C5 envelope. I've never encountered this format before; maybe it's a Japanese thing. The full soundtrack takes up a little over an A4 size format, so the (gravely) visually impaired may find the smaller book a challenge to simply read.
