Item Description
River City: Tokyo Rumble follows the story of a hot-blooded high school student named Kunio and his good friends. When a nefarious gang moves into Tokyo to try to take it over, it’s up to this self-proclaimed “fighter for justice” and his buddies to make sure the streets stay safe!
Punch, kick, use weapons such as soccer balls, iron knuckles, chains, and even bicycles to knock some sense into those devious gang members. Take on jobs, level up your abilities, and don’t forget to stop on occasion for a snack or two at the local food joints. Luckily, smiles are free!

Old school bit-them-up!
An old school from originally the Super Famicom when I was still in primary school! Fast gaming rhythm and very fun to play with, graphics are much improved and bunch of skills and stuff to purchase for use! A good collection in my 3DS library!

I resently downloaded the nes version for the wii, this is like a reboot, I never finished the first one, so no idea if the story is conected.
You are kunio you go to a school in tokio, some bad guy best down one of your friends and you want revenge, this is how the game starts. The gsme has 3d backgrounds, and the characters are 2d sprites resembling the original sprites from the nes, you can explore all the city, most of time bad guys appers, you can beat them down punching, kicking, picking up weapons, sometimes they drop money. You can enter any store to buy food or new items, also you can talk to any characters to know about the story and continue to look and beat down the bad guys.

Great for fans!
Great homage to a NES classic. A must have for 8-bit and kunio fans!
