Item Description
The Mobile Suit which equipped the most deadly weapon in the story, Gundam Prototype 02, joins the "Robot Spirits ver. A.N.I.M.E." series! It was developed by the E.F.F. secretly under the "Gundam Development Project" and be equipped with a nuclear weapon since the E.F.F. ignored the Antarctic Treaty. In order to increase the firing accuracy, it had to fire the nuclear warhead to the enemy in a short-range, therefore the Gundam Prototype 02 was developed a giant body structure with nuclear resistant heavy armor and shield. This powerful E.F.F. Mobile Suit was however captured during "Operation Stardust" by the Delaz Fleet's ace pilot, Anavel Gato.
A.N.I.M.E. - Articulation
The weight balance is carefully tested. As the result, this Gundam Prototype 02 can pose stably and smoothly with its giant body and heavy weapon parts. A wide range of articulation is achieved and by that various dynamic poses can be recreated.
A.N.I.M.E. - Option
The main weapon, the atomic bazooka can be recreated in the storage state, assembling state, and expanded state. Bazooka barrels can be stored in the shield.
All binder parts are movable. It is able to recreate the firing process of an atomic bazooka.
The Beam Saber effect parts include normal state, high output state, and curved blade in high output state 3 types.
The grip can be stored on the waist.
Vernier effect parts can be attached to the binder or foot parts.
A.N.I.M.E. - Interaction
With the "Robot Spirits -SIDE MS- RX-78GP01 Gundam Prototype 01 ver. A.N.I.M.E." (sold separately) it can recreate the impressive battle scenes shown in the anime and its opening footage.
It can also attach the vernier effect parts from the "Robot Spirits ver. A.N.I.M.E." series products (sold separately).
Due to massive order cuts for items by Bandai Tamashii, we will only open pre-orders once we have confirmation of stock from our suppliers. This usually happens a week before the item is released.
Please note that there is a possibility that our ordered quantity will be cut by the supplier.
