Signal (EP. 1-16) (End)

A couple of years ago I came across the Japanese remake of Signal during a long flight - and binged the entire ten episodes. If you've never heard of Signal, it's a crime drama mixing elements of fantasy/science fiction - in which the past as well as the future can be changed by the communication between the two times. An original and intriguing story. I became curious about the original Korean version, and find it just as tense and addicting as the remake. Also it totals 16 episodes in all, each around 1 hour or more, makes it seem more in depth than the remake. The story is tense and tight as it moves from one story to the next. Despite the length, nothing seems like filler. The series was a huge success in Korea, won numerous prizes, and yet is relatively unknown in the Western world. I highly recommend it.
