Bob Parr and his wife Helen used to be among the world's greatest crime fighters, saving lives and battling evil on a daily basis. Fifteen years later, they have been forced to adopt civilian identities and retreat to the suburbs where they live "normal" lives with their three kids, Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack. Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top secret assignment. He soon discovers that it will take a super family effort to rescue the world from total destruction.

Pixar Perfection
I very much enjoyed this movie, as I like just about anything French. Quite different and inspired, colorful and with many enjoyable characters.
And if you like food, well then - savor this.

Better than the original classic
Absolutely better than the original classic Fantasia
The animation quality way surpass its predecessor, and the musical quality is as great as the original one. Plus it also has The Sorcerer's Apprentice, the classic Disney animation one should not miss

Classic
Though I only interested in The Sorcerer's Apprentice chapter, but the combination of its animation and orchestra, it's great. It's just the in-between narration I found to be annoying

FANTASTIC
Up is a great DVD - In fact I was pleasantly surprised at how good the film was. Having seen the trailer I was not expecting that much. Yet, the movie was funny, the animation was superb and the storyline was great. The orchestral soundtrack was also wonderful composed and brilliantly executed and mixed with the animation.

FANTASTIC
When I was little I watched the first Toy story all the time, but even as an adult I still really love it. I wouldn't call Toy Story one of my favorite animated movies/series ever though, but I always appreciated how Disney managed to make a movie centered on children toys compelling in story and plot and how they made the characters come to life. When Toy Story 3 came out I must confess I wasn't too enthusiastic about it. I was expecting something that was a little better than the second, but not as good as the first. I was EXTREMELY surprised. This is definitely the best in the entire series!
