Japan 7th Dragon is a series that takes place in the world of Eden of which is largely ruled by dragons, a bit of a problem for our human protagonist! When players start their journey, they can create their own characters from various RPG classes. The latest title, described as the series' closing act, is set in the past, present, and future, and depicts the final battle against the 'Shinryuu' dragon.
Outside of battle the characters will be viewed traveling the overworld from an overhead perspective, while the battles are viewed from a side perspective showing each character as they attack their foes
Players will be able to choose from eight jobs and 32 appearances for their character, the most in the series so far. The themes for the game's jobs are divided among its three settings: Atlantis (past), Tokyo (present), and Eden (future).
