What are digital products?
Digital products are non-physical products. Examples are digital music (in MP3 or AAC form), games (where the game is downloaded directly to your hard drive) and point cards (where the points are transmitted via a number which is displayed in your account).

How to purchase digital products?
Purchasing digital products is even simpler than purchasing physical products because they need not be shipped. For those experienced with shopping on Playasia.com, the process is much the same: You drop your desired products into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you have only digital products in your shopping cart, the shipping and delivery address pages are not displayed.

How to use digital products?
How to use a digital product depends on its type.

• Music downloads
  • Usually presented in a ZIP file which contains several songs in AAC format. AAC is an advanced music compression format which results in high quality music playback. Music downloads may also be encoded in MP3 or other formats, please revert to the product page for details. After finishing checkout, you can find a download link in your account. Simply click on it in order to download your purchased items. When the download is finished, open the ZIP file to find your purchased music. Simply drag these files into your favorite music player. A music download normally includes only a download and not a serial #/license. Please see below for more information.
• Point cards
  • Point card purchases are represented by their claim number. After checkout, please go to the order info page in your account to see the number required to claim its value. The claim number is listed as serial # or license.

Serial # / License
In your order info page in your account, you will find the serial # or license. If your digital purchase requires a serial # or license, it can be found there. Point card purchases have their claim number listed under serial # or license.

Downloadable files represent the purchased content. They may additionally have a serial # or license (ie. games) but not necessarily so (ie. Music downloads). Files are normally in ZIP Archive format which can be opened with any modern computer.
