Item Description

After escaping from the political intrigue behind the battle of Sekigahara, Miyamoto Musashi, the strongest swordsman of Japan gave up his sword and identity and hid himself under the facade of Kiryuu Kazumanosuke, a hit man who owned an establishment called Tatsuya in Kyoto, Gion. Must have for all Yakuza fans! (not only)
Great game! Everything you could expect from a Yakuza game + wonderful samurai setting. Nice story, funny side activities, minigames, great combat system! And you don't need to know anything about other Ryu ga Gotoku games to play this one :) (only for "Oh, I know this guy from X!" moments xDD)
My japanese is so-so (~700 kanji, around N4 grammar) and I have little to no problem with main story. Sometimes dialogues are hard to read beacause of blurry font, but you can get used to it.

A Yakuza game set in the Shogunate period!
Sadly, this gem of a game will probably never see a Western release. Gladly, we can still import it and enjoy it. Be warned, though, that completing it requires middle to advanced Japanese language proficiency. Alternatively, you can always use a game guide/walkthrough for the game from the net. :)
