A great glimpse into Splatoon's design process
The book is heftier than what you'd expect and is full of both experimental 2d concept art and images of finished 3d models with the vibrant color palette you'd expect from Splatoon.
The book is low on text, so there's no language barrier at all, even though some more of the artist team's thoughts would have been a welcome addition.

Great artbook and non-japanese friendly
Even though it's not hardcover, it is quite a solid book. The pages are filled with all kinds of artwork, from concept art to in game assets, all printed in great quality. The book contains minimum text, so even if you don't speak japanese at all you will appreciate and understand its contents.

Love it!
Got this as a christmas gift for my boyfriend. I wasn't sure how mobile ordering worked for this site but customer service was very prompt and helped me out even though i had another email registered under my order ( from a long time ago). I would definately buy from here again, just wish shipping wasn't crazy high.

Wonderful Book
This book is filled with tons of lovely art work and concept designs. It's really interesting to see how much of the well known characters have changed through development. I got this book mostly as a reference guide for my own drawings of Splatoon and it fills the role perfectly. You don't have to worry about needing to know Japanese as the main parts focal points are in English and there's only a couple of small areas where I think a knowledge of reading the language is needed. Overall, a great book worth the money.
