Best case in the market
I've had cases by Hori for most of my nintendo handhelds. They have very good quality.
It doesn't add a lot of bulk and doesn't attract dust.

It's Not Cear
I have had the Clear cover since I first got my New 3DS at launch, it's a wonderful cover. It provides protection from scratches, doesn't add bulk to the system, and is really attractive.

The "Clear" Black provides all the protection of the Clear cover, but it is not clear. The cover is solid black and at odds with the New Black New 3DS smoke like black coloring.

Other than that it's identical to the Clear cover, which is a wonderful product.
