The main character Misa Isshiki is a second-year high school student, around the beginning of autumn when her best friend said this and gave her shock.

"I don't believe in spirited away, so it's okay."

Yes, she doesn't believe it. It's just... she's distracted because of a major problem--her career path.

She hears a creepy voice whisper in her ears.

"Let's find your path. I am the one who invites you into the darkness"

From that point on, strange things begin to happen around her...
