Great collection
Love having all these classic games on one cart. These games take you back in time… love everything about this series!

Metroid like regular
with gameplay similar to Metroid, but without the same brilliance.

The trilogy on one single cart.
Why settle for multiple releases from a company that sure doesn't put as much care into their releases like Inti Creates did? Yes, there are English options and you get all three games on one card. This is the definitive version of the game to get, don't settle for less.

Performance issues, and simplistic level layouts don't do the license justice
I think you'd have to be a true fan of Overlord to persevere with this one as performance, at least on the Switch is very poor to the point the game is almost constantly lagging, even causing visual glitches with the platforms, which should be solid objects, often appearing to have gaps between the pieces that make them up while moving.
It's difficult to understand why the performance is so poor, because visually this is ordinary at best, with levels consisting only basic shapes, and the same few objects.
There's probably some decent 'Metroidvania' gameplay in here if you can look past all that, but we're spoiled for choice on the platform, so unless you're a fan of Overlord I'd recommend looking at some of the more polished entries in the genre before diving into this one.
