Your van serves as both transportation and lifeline as you explore remote regions filled with difficult terrain and forgotten ruins. Scrap recovered from the wilderness can be sold for profit or used to improve essential equipment, including the engine, tires, winch, snorkel, and other tools that help you access increasingly dangerous areas.
The world is inhabited by wary locals who may offer work, opportunities, and access to new locations if you earn their trust. Completing jobs, repairing infrastructure, clearing blocked paths, and opening routes into unexplored regions gradually reveal more of the game's mysteries.
