Figure arrived within a week of figuring out a resolution for a shipping error. Play Asia doesn't fool around when it comes to packing materials. She arrived perfectly and I appreciate all of the customer service reps that assisted me to get this figure.

The statue is just amazing and worth every penny. Even smaller details like the face are looking very sharp. Overall a high quality figurine. If you love this wolfgirl you won't be disappointed!
