Bard's Gold is slower paced than most current day platformers and takes inspiration from late 80's and early 90's classics such as "Rick Dangerous", "Alex Kidd in Miracle World", "Rainbow Islands", "Wonder Boy in Monster World", "Erik" and "Rodland", which at the time were popular on Commodore Amiga and consoles.
There are more than 100 levels have been handcrafted and picked randomly for each playthrough. The game features a permanent upgrade system to make each session count.

Butcher is gorey pixelated fun!
Butcher is a classic DOS style platformer in the style of the classic Duke Nukem games. But it has the modern control scheme that makes shooting feels very satisfying. Graphics are simple yet detailed at the same time. Not for the faint of heart. Very good though.

Awesome game
These games are a great nod to old school MegaMan games and just as good I love the fast action and platforming and the voice acting is great and witty at times just over all great game I highly recommend you get a copy while the getting is good.

Wonderful addition to my collection!
Just got it today! It arrived in pristine condition!
What I was most worried about was whether or not it truly had an English setting, but after testing the game out today, my fears were put to rest. Very accessible to anyone who is a fan of the series!

Another great release of a great series
Already have the first two games so getting this one was a no brainer. Again very appreciated that I could get this game at a great price rather then waiting and hoping fora decent price here in North America but knowing I wouldn't from the game scalpers selling it. This is another game that gamers need to get soon before it's too late as sadly I've done that few times and have ended up with big regrets.

A fund gift for my son
This game was purchased as a gift for my son, so I should let him critique this item. However, even though I didn't play it myself he's having loads of fun. Played it non-stop the first day it arrived. It's the type of game he plays regularly, so he thoroughly enjoyed it I am sure he would recommend it to others.
