Ciel No Surge Is Good, nice and Fun game, Gust are really good at Develop the Visual Novel game, even you don't Understand Japanesse you still can play it, everyone of you should have a copy.

If you know what your doing or can read and speak japanese the game is going to be a lot more rewarding but if you are just looking for something unique its worth trying even if you can read or speak the language its not that hard to follow.

But the main character, ion, is funny. the system, even as original as it is, is quite good and let the player able to do a lot of things.
